Outstanding paint shedding characteristics for applications with temperatures up to 500°F. This tag is dead soft, which allows it to more easily form to uneven surfaces.
Temperature resistance up to 400°F. This tag is rigid and better for some mechanical attachment applications
Comes with a special paint mask designed to remove cleanly after painting, leaving the label ready to be scanned.
Resistant to chemicals, solvents, abrasion and temperatures up to 650°F.
Resistant to temperatures up to 1,200°F. These metal labels are ideal for high-temperature work-in-process asset tracking applications.
The sub-surface image is resistant to degradation from environmental and operational abuse. Low-profile material to fits into recessed cavities of most firearms and reduce impact on ergonomics.
All the benefits of Standard Firearm Tags with a non-reflective matte green finish to reduce detection during covert operations.
RFID labels & tags are designed to meet container and pallet identification requirements outlined in MIL-STD-129. All RFID labels come with both an RFID antennae as well as human and machine (i.e. barcode) readable marks for redundant identification in the event of an RFID failure. Camcode RFID tags are attached with high-performance permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Metalphoto labels can resist temperatures up to 1,000° with Extra-High Temperature (XHT) treatment.
Metalphoto has shown little to no effect after immersion a variety of substances including hydraulic fluid, diesel/aircraft fuel, various cleaning solvents, lubricants, paints and others. See specification sheet to determine if we have tested your chemical application.
The Metalphoto image has show no effect after exposure to 5% salt spray as 95°F for 700 hours. Also try stainless steel or brass for marine applications.
Extremely abrasion resistant, 7,000 cycles on a Taber Abraser with a 1kg CS17 wheel only resulted in a slight dulling of Metalphoto’s surface; the image was not affected.
Metalphoto has an estimated outdoor life of 20 years with exposure to sunlight and weather, although many items have remained legible for upwards of 50 years.
